Be happy with yourself

  5. Sing at the top of your lungs in the minivan with the windows down with your son as you drive home from school. The boy loves Katy Perry’s song Firework. Awesome…

  6. Give a small help to somebody that is not even asking for….the smile you will receive back will make you “reacher” 🙂

  7. Just for today, take an extra sandwich in your lunch, or buy an extra burger, and hand it to the homeless person on the corner of the street. Makes your day, and it makes their day too.
